		<description>I have a lot of respect for your shipmate; your friend that you talked about in the blog.  As I listened I thought: &quot;There&#039;s a man with confidence.  He may be scared, and his crew may be scared.  But no one panics, no one &#039;reacts.&#039;  Instead they follow their training and they do their job.&quot;  Yes, I agree with you.  His instructions sum up the heart and soul of a strong leader.  Too bad I didn&#039;t have the chance to serve under his command.</description>
