As I listened I thought: "There's a man with confidence. He may be scared, and his crew may be scared. But no one panics, no one 'reacts.' Instead they follow their training and they do their job." Yes, I agree with you. His instructions sum up the heart and soul of a strong leader. Too bad I didn't have the chance to serve under his command.
